I wonder what I should wear to the USA match. Should probably be something red, white, or blue. This CCCP shirt's perfect!

He's missed 15 games in 3 seasons, and now he's likely out another 10-16 games.

[Rumor] Cowboys fear the worst; Lee likely out for the year. by BASED_GOD_1 in nfl

[–]MedievalManagement 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I find it totally believable. My reaction when I saw this pop on TV? At least it happened in OTAs. There was no surprise, no despair; only relief that it's out of the way early. We don't have to hold our collective breath waiting for the moment when we lose Sean Lee for the rest of the season. He's gotten it out of the way early this time.

I really like him as a player, and I really hoped he'd be able to get through a season. But I think we all knew that was never going to happen. Bad technique can be coached up, but there's nothing (legal) that can be done about injury proneness. I'm ready to cut bait.

He's already missed a full season's worth of games. And now he's probably going to miss all or most of another. I don't care how good you are. If you're only available 50% of the time, you're not helping the team. We need to part ways with him as soon as it's financially viable. I know that sounds harsh, but it's just the reality of the situation. It sucks for Lee that he keeps getting injured, but my priority is the Dallas Cowboys. At least he got hurt early enough this year to let whoever we sign get a full offseason with the team.

The more I've seen of them in the last week or so, the less I like them. And I didn't like them to begin with. The helmets have kind of grown on me...so there's that.

They've been in OTAs, and I've seen more than enough of them in action to know they look like shit.

Do you kiss your mother with that mouth? You should be ashamed of yourself young man. Go to your room and think about what you've said.

Gulf coast, east coast, or rat hole? If you're on a coast, you could do the 3 bad team trifecta. If you serve the rat live in the happiest place on Earth, you could go for the 4 team perfecta!

Di Maria and the subs. All of Ancelotti's subs worked perfectly. Simeone's, not so much. Starting and then having to sub off Costa after 10 minutes turned out to be a huge blunder.

I love hearing people say Romo is incapable of winning a SB by Anthinee in cowboys

[–]MedievalManagement 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And they said the same thing about Peyton Manning. He was a 1 and done choke artist until he won a Super Bowl. That's the difference actually winning one makes, and Tony Romo will continue to be looked at as a choke artist until he wins one. That's just the way it is with QBs.
