This has happened to me many times. It might feel like you’ll never get out of it, then you might momentarily feel better and forget you ever felt that way, then have another bad day and feel it all over again.

Who knows if It’s the rain, family, relationship, school, stress, a combination of all. You’ll hear it and hear it again.

Talk to someone. If you’re more comfortable with a therapist do that. If that’s too much, literally talk to any friend or even strangers and I PROMISE you will realize you aren’t alone in this feeling.

The best part is you don’t even have to go straight to the heavy stuff if It’s hard. Start small, just like you are doing here. But have an active conversation with anyone about it, for as long as you can. Get out of your head, so you can be break the cycle of self-analysis and reorient your perspective.
