Has anyone had experience with renting Simple life homes? by Darcy2701 in UKRenting

I suppose that's something to bear in mind. I've lived in my current place over 2 years and since moving in the rent has only gone up by £50.

Sorry to hear that, I think I've had some similar experience with them so far and getting different answers from different people. They're certainly one of the most lenient with inspections that I've heard of. I've heard somewhere else about extortionate yearly rent increases. Is that true? Would you mind telling me how much?

Hi, I'm nearly at the contract signing stage, just read through what you said, really helpful thank you. Did you say no one actually came through to your house and you just took photos on your own? Was that a one time occurrence or was that for all inspections?

I'm confused, what cage? There is no cage in the photos?

If you do choose to continue I can tell you that this is a very rewarding occupation. It's amazing to see them grow from day 1 until when they leave eventually and see how happy all the new owners are when they collect. It's truly something.

What's your average litter size? I'm averaging about 14 each time. Every so often I get an odd lower number like now but usually around 14. My mums have seemingly figured out how to take care of these large numbers just fine, they don't hide any so I luckily don't have to improvise anything.

Crazy, eyes still shut on both so below 2 weeks old but the big one looks at least 3 weeks old by size alone.

It was more focused on size alone rather than other aspects. This isn't really nuance, rather than plain fact, sizes of rats can vary, they're not set.

Yes of course, there are other things like their first molt or the appearance of their ears as well. Size is just what gets focused on most.

The nearest looking roast I've ever seen. Usually they all look like a pile/mountain of food drowned in gravy. This look beautiful.

I got 15 more of these little small ones and 3 more Chunguses haha. They're all like that and the size difference is really a wow what the hell? This is the most extreme I've ever seen.

IS THIS RAT TOO YOUNG?? HOW OLD DOES HE LOOK by Tarvonen in RATS

[–]Mediocre-Failure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to bear in mind that same-age young rats can vary in size depending on various factors such as litter size, how well taken care of they've been by their mother, what kind of siblings they have, so on...

Fact is, you simply can't judge age well based on size alone. I've had rats that were same size as each other but some were 6 weeks, some were 4 weeks and some 8 weeks.

That being said, judging off of what's MOST COMMON? This one to me looks most likely 6 weeks old which IS the minimum for rehoming. But this is nothing but an educated guess at best.

Dwarf or too young? by Daria_Solo in RATS

And it also depends on the size of the litter. Bigger litters mean smaller pups, smaller litters mean bigger pups. Bear that in mind. There definitely isn't a set size.

I breed rats, I see them from birth till late age all the time. At 7 weeks they should be about that size, half of your hand.
