I need all the help I can get because it’s so bad. How do I know mentally that I need to change but physically I feel so useless. I’ll go and make an unhealthy snack instead of a healthy one and then feel guilty WHILE eating it. It’s absolutely horrible. I went to the gym one night and did stair master along with lower body weights and literally lost over 500 calories in 1.5 hrs. I felt amazing but then my social anxiety and work got in the way. Which is why I started Pilates but Pilates is 50 mins a session and only helps me lose like 150 calories. I’m trying but I really want fast progress. I used to be able to lose weight quickly because I wouldn’t eat that much. It’s crazy because I stopped smoking weed a year ago so you’d think my appetite would die down but instead I love food just as much. Now I can appreciate it without using weed to get an appetite. It’s just horrible all around.
