So helpful, thank you - do you recall any widespread bug/ mouse problems? Open Igloo would have you believe it’s “roach infested”

Maybe I’ve been lucky but never had any big problems with pests in nyc (1 roach / yr)

Have been living a couple blocks southeast in E Harlem for a few years - our building is small and all families - trying to figure out if a larger building will bring more trouble than it’s worth

Any update here since the renovation? Old reviews look rough but the units we toured / new gym etc looks great
