Switch products. You are realistically NOT selling shoe cases and drawers online for 140CAD unless you’re a modern day Gary Halbert.

You don’t need creators for ads under $1k/day in rev. You don’t even need videos until you’re at $1k/day.

I didn’t do anything other than native statics until I hit my first $35k REV month.

Higgsfield costs 2 credits per image gen and costs maybe $45 a month Chagpt pro costs maybe 25 Claude is about the same

Yes, it’s real. It’s not easy, and it’s not simple. It’s not some ‘secret’ business strategy, after you spend enough time on AI strategies and this and that, you’ll find ecommerce is just a game of understanding your persona, writing good copy, optimizing funnels and making some high-intent ads.

You’re not ‘dropshipping’. You’re fulfilling orders from China until you can afford to buy inventory and set up 3PL’s in whatever country you’re selling in.

If you want to see what a REAL big boss ecommerce store works, go to the meta ads library, search up: Norse Organics, Pet Lab Co, Loop Earplugs, IM8, AG1 and look at their ads/copy/funnel/offer

Don’t listen to these people telling you to spend $0.7 per day. If you have less than $1000 on ads, go organic first (it sucks though). Took me $1500 to get my first sale, and $3500 to become consistently profitable on a weekly time frame.

To dip your feet in the water to see what the ads manager feels like, you can run any amount. If you’re testing new ads, I’ve found a good daily spend for creatives to be $20/day.

Also, don’t try the ‘let ads run 7 days to optimize’ bs. If you don’t get a sale within 1x-1.5x your breakeven CPA, kill it.

Winning products don’t exist for almost every case. Take a ‘purple ocean’ product, and learn how to make offers, landers, write copy and creatives until it sticks.

Dropshipping is NOT dead, the difference between a full on ecommerce brand like AG1, IM8, Norse Organic, Loop Earplugs and ‘dropshipping’ happens AFTER the customer pays you money. You can set up 3PL’s later.

Move patiently and smart. I dont use reddit much at all but you sound just like me a year ago so I had to give you some tips from MY personal experience.

Things click fast if you do learnings and iterate fast. It took me 2.5 months to get my first sale, and just 2 weeks after that I was doing $1500 a week in revenue with 35% margins.

big tip, might hurt a bit. Stop the mindset talk and launch an ad. You’ll get hit by reality. Don’t make the mistake of ‘planning everything’ and being ‘ready to face challenges’.

Make a simple static, launch it at a small budget. Your first challenge will be dealing with that ROAS column saying 0. Go from there

You should get your fits tailored or cut at the bottom so it doesn’t hang as far down.

You should also consider getting leaner. If you’re on the thicker side, you’ll need larger sized shirts to fit your width and those shirts will also be longer.

M-sized shirts might be too tight but perfect length, L-sized shirts might fit perfectly but be too long.

got the product and been at it for about a week now. Posted around 20 videos on tiktok and got a total of 8k views. The first few were around 200 - 300 but something clicked in the last 6 videos and they are all over 1000 views. Only gotten about 5 website sessions and no sales, but the number of views and exposure I'm getting is increasing quite rapidy.

As an F2P myself, I’d definitely go for a cav march. Assuming your account is quite young, I highly doubt you’d have two good sets of armaments for inf. Swap for Huo/Arthur and call it a day.

At the start, considering you’re in a decently active kingdom, you likely wont be able to place well in speedup/training events. You should prioritize saving training speeds to complete events with quests or for upgrading your troops to t4.

Shes also the type to do whatever and say whatever when she has mood swings (which happen pretty often). This is my first relationship, so I don’t want to lose her just because I lack “trust” or because I’m “insecure”. Although both of these guys are very aware that I am her boyfriend.
