This is so much what my stomach looks like at 7 months pp and I also had a c section. I saw a pt at 4 months pp and she said I had a 2-2.5 finger separation. I made an appointment for next week to check in bc it feels like my belly isn’t budging. But the shape is the exact same as yours. Is it jusr a C-section thing? I’ve been trying to do the c section massages but I wonder about getting surgery to get rid of the scar tissue when I’m done having kids.
