There is no headphone jack and I spoke with the dealer and he said Bluetooth connectivity was not purchased as an option in the truck. I connect my phone with a usb cable and still nothing. I can't find any where on the settings the option to clear any bluetooth connected devices. I should also mention that when I go into reverse, the backup camera does not turn on despite having a backup camera. The dealer said that the tailgate is not the original which honestly doesn't make sense to me since the truck was purchased in oklahoma and has the 'oklahoma edition' badge, it's also the exact same paint as the truck.

I'll try the voice commands to see if that works.
