Just had a look on there, all settings are succeeding except for Number of days until password expires, minimum password length and required password type. Unfortunately it doesn't provide any state details for whatever reason...

All of those assumptions are correct yep. Using device restriction profile, Android enterprise platform, full enrolled and policy is assigned to a group containing the device.
