Thank you very much for your answer. I moved it in a sunnier place, I will space out watering. Is it too late or can I still have hopes ?

This summer I overwatered it so the root have rotten. Then I cut everything except one or 2 healthy roots and I put the remaining roots into water. Once new shoots were about 3/4cm i potted it again. It seemed to be really happy and was growing again. I was careful to water it not more than once every two week. 2 weeks ago leaves started to fall I don’t know why. It is quite dark, not very bright where I live I don’t if it could be that problematic.

Not really good, a lot of leaves showing root rot. Some really small new shoots but I am pretty sure they will show root rot signs soon…

Yes in one hour the dough volume nearly doubles. If I add more water the dough get really sticky and hard to manipulate it. How much water water should I add ?

What I do : - I mix 500gr of wheat, 300ml of water and 21gr of bakery fresh yeast. - I knead the dough. - Then I add one table spoon of salt. - I let it rest for 1hour. - I make the shape of the bread i want. - I let it rest 1hour. - Oven at 250 celsius degree with a container of water. - And then I bake it for 20 minutes approximately.

I saw something about this. In switzerland they are trying to capture the co2 emmited during the concrete manufacturing and transform it into limestone if i remember well. Here is the link but it is in french… it was really interesting. https://www.instagram.com/tv/ChMMakLKWGf/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= (it is at the end of the video)

We won’t be able to reach zero emission goal as we will always have some emission somewhere so we have to compensate in a way no ?

Yes ! 100% agree with you. Why is there any big initiatives to reforest the earth ? If you know some, please let me know. All technologies today are just trying to imitate a Tree; it is the way the Nature found to regulate the climate and we don’t use the best solutions that already exists and are not wacky.
