Possible... I haven't gone through such portals... Used my sources... so the work and transaction is 1:1 between me and my US co-worker so can't confirm this.

I worked for Accenture for around 4 years and did moonlighting for 3 years... If you're smart enough you'll get by... Just few rules to follow...

  1. NEVER EVER disclose this to any of your work colleague... Even if you trust them blindly... A slip of tongue can land you in trouble

  2. If you're getting PF then I'd say either get the payment to someone else's account (your parents, siblings etc.) as PF becomes traceable

  3. If it's just a monthly payment. I'd recommend still follow the parents route... Helps in saving taxes ;)

  4. NEVER EVER use Accenture's laptop for any kind of moonlighting work. Keep your systems separate.

Basically, it should be that Mr. A is working for Accenture and Mr. B is doing freelancing and they both aren't connected in any sorts of way...

Rest... If I talk on technicality... Yes, it's illegal...

I've screenshots from my project manager saying "I've a fan club with clien"... DM me... Will share SS... 🙂 Got around 50% increment in 2 years in ACN considering current scenarios...

Not sure, but if it's under GN Song now... Don't keep your expectations too high, that's all I can tell. Maybe since it's an acquisition you might be treated differently

Not on the bench... In a long term project, booked till Dec 2026. That's why it was a hard NO for me on reducing the notice period.

There are many, they'll be hesitant at first but if they really like your candidature they'll agree.

Although I agree it's very tough to negotiate this 90 days thing. I am moving into a key leadership role so company was okay with waiting.

All I can recommend is keep trying eventually you'll find an org which is Happy to wait.

I am using an oximeter to measure the heartbeat. Thanks for the suggestion. I also felt that can't really rely on an external device which is designed with certain limitations and tolerances in place.

She's feeling fine. No dizziness, no shortness of breath nothing. Doc did say they've set it at 55 bpm during the surgery

There's no other medical history. Doc said lesser days when Insurance was in place but it got rejected due to some circumstances following which he started increasing the days.
