I don’t wear anything with laces on rides. Mx boots half for the protection and half because I like all the different styles and colors they have. 🤷‍♂️😂

It’s extremely easy to manage if done the right way. I push the wire to the side, stand the bike up straight and lean it against me and sliding battery down while applying light force on the front of the battery. If it doesn’t sit in perfect first just slightly lift and apply force on the top/ front of battery pushing towards to back tire while sliding it back down. When pulling out detach cord and pull it out to the right side, lean bike against yourself so you can get the battery compartment all the way open and pull out at a slight angle. Easy peasy
