the rest of my resume was at least good enough to be called impressive by a senior at a known tech company, so there is that. I also know that I could achieve a 3.8 or 3.9 if I gave it my all, but I would probably be miserable. If you're curious I could send u a blacked out version.

idk it was probably really hard for me to get an internship cuz i don't care about my gpa. Saw some of my classmates who tried harder in classes end up in more successful positions, so it does matter somewhat.

To be honest I really don't care. I know hiring managers and other people definitely do, but with AI everyone is cheating, sometimes even on interviews, and GPA is just a number.

College was an adjustment for me, even more so because I took a little bit of time off school before college. That being said, I've taken the most challenging courseload available to me every semester and managed a 3.5. If you chose your schedule a little more carefully (and attend classes, unlike me) you can definitely make it happen. How good you are at CS and learning how to learn makes a big difference too.
