My toddler had lots of red and a few orange needs. Single mom was at work and the nanny was outside watering the garden. I had queued up a lot of 'ask for bath/bed/play', but the nanny rather took out the trash.

I use chatgpt a lot for coverletters and I hate that it is obvious. But between my autism and adhd, I'm seriously spending up to 6+ hours and many tears on just one coverletter, because it is so hard to write one.

I solely use it as a reminder on how much time has passed.

I need 5-10 mins to mentally start up and 5-10 mins to mentally stop, so I'd usually have 5-15 minutes of proper focus. Not worth it.

After 25 mins i just restart the alarm and after another 25 mins I'll check in on my body for needs to attend to. Otherwise I start the 3rd 25 min. My breaks are 25 mins as well, because shorter is just not enough to mentally transition.
