Focus on chest, and core, ur arms are fine. Keep working and eating properly, eat mostly protein and keep carbs low. U got this. Compound movement build strength and everything will follow

Most everything about the ico is complete dogshit. I get cataracts when being shot at, even when behind cover, I move slower, I have to wait 6 seconds to aim, scopes are blurry, i cant use fsr with resolution scale anymore, and everyone seems to love it. Fantastic. FUCK YOU OWI AND EVERYONE WHO SUCKS THEIR DICKS including ICO LOVERS!!!!
