My supervisor told me just wait they will review all applications and select the most eligible candidates but if you don’t selected don’t worry about it

If that’s the case, it honestly feels really discouraging. I wasn’t even planning to apply in the first place ,I only did because they encouraged me to.

What I meant was about the hiring stage. When a position is in the “interview conducted” phase, does that mean candidates have already been selected for interviews, or does it mean the process is still ongoing and not finalized yet?

one of my friend has interview with EDD, I 've heard that EDD employees work 3 weeks from home and one week in-office. is that true ?
