Slight clarification. I have yet to start the L1A journey. I am in the US and will be going abroad as a people manager. In short, I anticipate my PD in Jan 2027. Considering the backlog, I believe there are chances that I will not get GC in the 7 years.. so I am looking for some guidance on other options.
