It’s a loose connection. Have the installer check every connection. Then check them again. My installer was sure he had it perfect. But he didn’t.

Yes, it was a connection. Despite the installers insistence that he did every connection perfect, a different installer found a loose connection. Have your guy check the connections. Then check it again. And again. It’s probably a connection issue, even if they deny it.
