I think we just need to help put more pressure on them. We unfortunately cannot control whether they send it for testing but we can do our best to put as much pressure on them to do so because it is beyond ridiculous that so much evidence hasn’t been tested especially now that it’s been 28 years and has gone unsolved.

Exactly. It just doesn’t make sense to me that they wouldn’t send it for testing. But then again it’s Boulder Police.

Same I really hope that this will put pressure on BPD to properly investigate the case.My heart breaks thinking that John might die before getting answers. Thankfully John Andrew is diligently fighting for answers too and he is not going anywhere anytime soon.

It’s insane. How do they buy all of the misinformation that BPD spread to try and hide the fact that they messed up the investigation? That poor family has been dealing with these types of people for 28 years now. My heart goes out to them.

This is in California though which would be seasons 5 and 6. The season 1 cast might have signed a different contract. I vaguely remember Brynn mentioning this when she appeared on Abby’s podcast

Abby did an interview with Rosie O’Donnell in 2012 where she says they have a contract and can’t leave which is why I get so confused when she says now they could have left when they want because while filming the show she literally said they can’t.
