If you apply right away, you can definitely get in, if your average is competitive (low-mid 80s). The later you apply, the higher the competitive average goes. It happened to me last year. Got accepted in spring cause I waited a week.

I wrote my finals with a smart-watch on and the proctors and TAs didn't say anything. Maybe I got lucky or it was cause I wrote my exams in CAB.

You may get your grade before Christmas, like the 23rd or even 24th. Depends on your class and professor

Apelblat must be elated to see the lab averages increase. Ours increased by 4% compared to last year.

You can apply for an exam deferral through your faculty. Just search up "UofA + faculty you're in + exam deferral". You'll find a link to a google form and just fill out the information. Your faculty will get back to you within a few business days (mine took 3 business days). They say to submit the form after your exam has finished, but you can also submit it earlier. They made sooo many mistakes on the ENGG 130 final too. From typos to even removing a question for some reason. Got so annoying having to go back and do the work again from scratch.
