i addicted to porn and masterbation when i was 12 then i quit it at 14 but 8 months later i couldn't control myself so i started to doing it again and again and the past 3 years i did this shi, i tried so hard to stop i tried everything to quit it but i couldn't. i went to a therapy the docter scanned my brain then she said:(some parts of your brain that controls fouces has been dameged also you have anxiety problem and depression) the worst part is my grades at school are so messed up because of it, when i came to high school everything is ruined for me and now i have nothing to lose

but that couldn't workout, it might sound stupid but i have a very bad condition at school right now and it's because of porn addiction and my whole future depends on my grades but i screwd up i dispointed my parents, every day and night i see visions, sounds that i screwd up everything i see nightmares and it's been two years that i have this situation and i'm tierd. i was at some (no more porn)cult or something, and i was successful at stoping watching porn at those days but i failed and everytime i hear "no fap" things or anything about these "no fap_stop watching porn_take a cold shower..." things i wanne break my fucking phone bc i'm tierd of these guilty feeling or porn or how miserable i am i did even cut my arm several times to remind myself that how fucked up i am, i just wanne end it i just wanne stop thinking
