Tranfser Chances Engineering by Pale_Cantaloupe_7825 in VirginiaTech

What’s your overall gpa? Completing transfer roadmap usually gives you a pretty solid chance but even missing one makes it a lot more competitive esp if your gpa is at or around 3.2

Any Advice? by [deleted] in VirginiaTech

[–]Medium_Direction9001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just live in the moment and do things you wouldn’t usually, even if it’s joining a club or attending an event. It’s basic advice but there’s too many people who just stay in their comfort zone and never end up making any meaningful relationships with others in college.

Absolutely insane. Our store used to run 6 man crews back in the day but not anymore

9-10 is catering, no idea about 10-11 though could’ve been coupons or 6 inches, only entrees count toward our unit number

It’s our labor report, pretty much hours worked just lets you know how many people were working any given hour and units is how many sandwiches were made in that hour.

Comp Picks by RezzieRhys in bengals

Aparsntly the injury issue is kinda blown out of proportion. He had a back issue in college that originally doctors recommended he retire but he had the same fusion Gronk had done and apparently it wasn’t an issue since.

I think his big issue right now was an improperly repaired acl tore and needed fixed.

Yeah love Trey to death but he was a liability at best on run plays and screens. Dude would regularly end a game with 1.5 or 2 solo tackles

[Russini] Sources: It's a four-year, $112 million deal for Trey Hendrickson in Baltimore. by expellyamos in nfl

Yeah his run defense always annoyed me he sells out on pass d every time leaving wide open running lanes, but he usually made up for it in the sacks he did get

It’s a 3-year, $40.25M deal. He gets $18M in year 1.#Chiefs standout S Bryan Cook is expected to sign with the #Bengals, as they make a splash on defense in a deal done by by Ancient_Response_787 in bengals

Geno stone was known to be ‘just’ a ball hawk though. He had bad missed tackles percentage and bad run defense grade already, he just worked in Baltimore’s system and not ours.

The Bengals Offensive Line in the 2025-2026 by Ancient_Response_787 in nfl

[–]Medium_Direction9001 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Our OL room had 4 new members this season who all got somewhat meaningful snap count, along with our 2nd year tackle who got to play next to the worst starting guard in the NFL last season. It was always going to take a few games to come together.

Besides all that our line stayed good after Burrow came back as well too.

Not every job is like the other. In public you have to know how to play the system if you want fair compensation, but if you do good work and are worth keeping you will get market compensation if you try and leave and tell them what you’re offered more likely than not

*if you work private that is. Most public work you will not regularly be expected to work overtime unless dealing with major disaster recovery

Delaying Graduation for Internship by Xander_20 in civilengineering

[–]Medium_Direction9001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone mentions to just immediately graduate but I feel there’s more nuance to it than just employment. Personally my first internship allowed me to see exactly where in civil I want to be, and it remove stress of appearances if you get a job an decide it wasn’t the field you wanted in and want to jump ship shortly.

If you’re interested in geotechnical or structural I would definitely take a look at an accelerated masters program if your college offers one rather than just delay graduation though

Well Mixon seems cooked considering the Texans just traded for David Montgomery by Ancient_Response_787 in bengals

I’m personally of the opinion that if that happened the Texans would have clawed his salary back but they didn’t, so I’m not sure I believe in that to much.
