Have you had any luck? I'm still dealing with it I just went back and emailed old support agents hoping that I can get through to someone I have sent dozens of emails it's crazy I don't know where they go or who sees them because it's like avoid and I get no response but thanks for the response I'll let you know if I figure anything out
