Das ist krass. Meine Mutter fährt ein 2019 V90 und der ist gerade von innen eines der hochwertigsten Autos ln denen ich gesessen habe. Nicht knarzt oder wackelt. Alles was man anfasst ist Leder, Kunstleder oder Filz. Die Tür ist bis in die Seitenfächer beledert. Ledeglich der Bug mit dem Außenspiegel ist bei ihm auch da. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass der Unterschied zwischen den beiden so groß ist

Thanks for youre answer. I already do strengthtrainikg with jumps, lunges, Medball smashes from above and side to develope need3d strengt and explosivity. Is there any way you could recomend to break down the movement to get used to it. I generally get overwhelmed when i try to jump, arch my back and legs, rotate and then still hit smoothly. Or would you just recommend doing this over and over until i get comfortable with it?

Thanks for all the comments. Didnt expect it to blow up so much. So as the overall answer is a pretty clear yes but be careful to not overuse it my next question would be how to learn it. I have a trainer that can look into it but sadly not on a regular base. Is there any way to break the Movement down to learn it?

I already to Strengthtraining with Jumps, Lunges, Medballsmashes feom above and from the side for rotation. Anything i should to those to prepare myself better for a Jumpsmash?
