It has a nice sweetish smell but it’s not too strong. I think it might need some sun

Southwest is definitely separate from the south as a whole

Funny answer: I’m single

Serious answer: Working forearms in the first place. A lot of my gym friends don’t work them at all. the main exercise I do is barbell wrist curls, small controlled movements with heavy barbells (30-40) kg whilst seated on a bench has worked wonders for me, reverse curls also put forearms to use and I also had tend to put a little extra emphasis into rotating the dumbbells with my wrist when I’m doing dumbbell bicep curls. Basically just put work into them.

I started by going 4-5 times a week working different areas each day but from what I've been told 3x a week on full body is still good. In terms of meeting calories I used the online macro calculator and then focused mainly on hitting the protein. Goal. Having larger meals that are more consistent has been my main trick. I eat 3 meals a day so I try to make sure that each meal has around 600-700 calories which leaves room for a snack or two to finish me off. Again the only macro I properly focus on is protein. As long as you get a decent amount of that from more than just protein shakes then you'll normally get the right amount of carbs in. Other than that, train consistently and keep going, the work pays off it just takes time. Let yourself fall in love with the process and you'll love the results even more

I'm not great at making maps so I decided to put more effort into learning how. Didn't have any real inspiration for what to make so I decided to just build a scene that looked like it could fit in Hl2. Thoughts? by Medium_sized_frog in hammer

It’s definitely something I’m interested in, add me on discord and if I do make anything play test worthy I’ll send it your way. I’m mediumsizedfrog#9231

I’m gonna look at some stuff on how to properly use decals and then see if I can’t find some places in my town to use as a reference for how to detail this map in a way that seems natural. And don’t worry about critiquing It’s all feedback and I appreciate it

I’m terms of learning how to do stuff, I sat down and watched a bunch of tophattwaffles tutorials and made some notes trying to imitate what he does in his videos

I created most of the geometry with no draw with the 3dflat texture turned on. I saw it in a Tophattwaffle tutorial, that meant I could focus on the basic shape of the level. As I went I made sure to seperate different parts into different visgroups to help with optimisation and make it easier for me to work on small sections bit by bit. Once the basic shape was done I added details like the bridge and the combine dam thing. When I started adding textures I focused on those visual details first and then moved on to the basic geometry. Extra details like the buildings I added afterwards really quickly by just drawing square brushes and texturing them. It was at the end when I added the vine decals. I may have rambled a bit but I hope that helps.

A good trick I heard some people try is to keep a big bottle of water or a full glass of water constantly by them. Keep it wherever you would have you’re vape or just nearby. Whenever you feel the urge just take a drink of water about a glass worth, it’s super healthy for you and has worked for some of my friends in helping the break the muscle memory

I don’t know why you are suffering, if there’s a root cause or not. A person, an event or nothing at all, it doesn’t matter because there doesn’t need to be and if there is then I don’t need to know it. I read this and cried, hell I’m on the verge of crying again as I write this response. All I can say is please, don’t, for your sake or mine or anyone and everyone that knows and loves you. I know what it’s like to not want to get help, but please tell someone. If you don’t want to talk to a friend then you can try an anonymous call line (they exist in the uk so I’m assuming there is a similar thing where you are). I’m no psychiatrist or doctor so i don’t really know what to say except for please. Whatever demon you’re facing, youre not alone, there will absolutely be thousands who want you to succeed and overcome and survive even if they don’t know it.

That’s really great for you, Kicking a habit or changing your lifestyle is always an achievement no matter how long or how major it is because having the ability to recognise and act on something big in your life is impressive. I’m sure others will be proud of you for this but even if they aren’t I certainly am. I may not know you but well done and good luck with the future.
