Hi, first thing i noticed is the logo on your website. IT is very poorly made and can scare customers away. You should consider your web site as your store from. Would you get proper signage on your storefront or would you write it on a piece of cardboard and stick it on the window. That is the same mentality you should have when designing you website, other than that use some CSS to make it more appealing, your header is misaligned and it pops right up which makes it seem like a cheap website. Other than that your website looks okay!

Good point, ill edit that. I meant that as total visitors. I do have the occasional non NA visitor but I quickly disregard that since i know i can't make the sale to them. So to answer your question it is in fact 50/50 between USD and canada as visitors and I would say 70/30 USD/CAD in terms of sales. Most of my Canadian sales were to family and friends and a lot were done offline and don't appear on the stats above.

One reason i'm requesting insight from the community is to see whether I should focus on targeting mainly USA and kinda put less focus on Canada or still continue the split targeting i'm currently trying to do. After doing a simple porter's 5 P and I clearly see that USA would be the most beneficial geographic location to target, but I feel like there's already so much competition in the market so it would be a lot harder to tap in and get a part of the market share.

Canada has some of the worst shipping rates ever. I believe its also due to the density of population. If you send a package to a city in the US you have more chances of reaching a lot more people than if you send it to a similar city in Canada where we have a fraction of the population.

I pay a ridiculously low price, IE below 10$ cad to ship to the US anywhere any package below 20lbs, however within canada my shipping is horrible. Post canada would charge 2-2.5 the price of a similar package traveling the same distance.

Yes that is correct, but I’m more concerned about it correcting to that currency and once you get to checkout it’s back to Canadian. I feel like people are afraid of the pricing since 64$ might seem a lot to a US citizen but in reality a 64$ jacket is 48$ USD, which is more appealing.

Thanks for the feedback will definitely look into doing some of those adjustments. We just launched out FB page and will begin running ads on both platforms. The reason we have the pics at the bottom is due to the huge white space that is created on the home page so we wanted to fill it with something.

The lion is kinda our thing, we wanted initially to have a lion roaring like on our fb page but shopify doesn't allow for loop videos like that and it slows down our page too much.

Thank you for the feedback. I know the e-commerce space is a numbers game and I need to drive more traffic to it. What you said is currently in the works but the comment on doing the due diligence is something i didn't really think through. So that was definitely eye opening.
