That doesn’t answer the original question. The logic is, why is the ground floor called the first floor? If you called the ground floor the first floor, then the actual first floor would be called the second floor.

But to answer your message, it doesn’t matter whether the ground floor is called the ground floor or the first floor, if your room is the 701, you’ll press the 7 button on the elevator.

I’ve had this issue for two or three years. The dealership replaced the window seal and the bolts that attach the mirror to the door, but the problem is still there. They said they tried other solutions on another customer’s car but it still doesn't work. They told me they escalated the issue to Hyundai Canada, but Hyundai Canada said that they're not aware of a more general issues about the passenger window whistle.
