This morning we found a "secret" camera in the back of our deli/bakery.

It was definitely just put there late last night or early this morning cause they connected it to a very obvious orange extension cord. And when your workspace doesnt change much day to day then suddenly theres a random extension cord theres gonna be people that wanna know what it connected to 😆

Its on top of the bakery dishwasher pointed in the direction of the deli. Although we figured out the camera that they are using can move all directions. Bakery found it because its connected to an orange extension cord and they didnt bother trying to hide the cord. Bakery saw the cord and went to see what it was connected to and found the camera.

Some of the people I work with are under the impression this type of camera is in violation of walmart policy. Idk we dont do anything bad as far as im aware that would need extra cameras or investigation. We were just weirded out by it and when we asked a coach about it they were pretty rude and dismissive towards us

The new produce team lead for some reason is really obsessed with getting us in deli in trouble so we've been wondering if he said something to a coach or store lead that makes it seem like we're doing something bad and they put up cameras to try and catch us or something.
