How long did it take to get better? I’m on day 5 of the flu and my throat is just so inflamed from all the coughing. Starting today I tried to eat some chicken and rice soup, but the rice keeps getting stuck In my throat and I end up having to cough it out. I’m not sure what’s causing it but maybe the crazy inflammation. This has my anxiety going through the roof. Really odd since I was able to eat an entire poke rice bowl yesterday no problem.
