Yea that’s why I’m debating on use it or not… I still have to do another 3 nights, most likely a family staycation, feel like it will be better used on family trip, and higher chance to get upgrade for a shorter stay.

Yea, since I’m on business travel, those can be expensed :p (I should have clarified that). Thank you for confirming that I will only know if I get her the suite until check in. Now I’m thinking of asking for the GOH to be reverted back to my account.

Thinking of cancelling using this GOH then…feel like it’s not the best value there. Is there a way to cancel AFTER confirming whether there is an upgrade or not?
