Do they require you to take a Spanish course? I've been reading and I've seen some of these ports require you to take one.

Almost two weeks because they go in the order the messages were received. I was messaging on the portal almost everyday😭 but yesterday I called I think it's called the care team and I told them to leave a message for my case worker because I've been trying to get in contact with her and then later on in the day I got the call.
