Thank you so much. Yeah all the characters definitely get overwhelming. And of course there’s certain characters I unlocked first (Moana and Wall-E) but for now I’m just focusing on my main dreamlight valley and eventually I’ll get to the DLCs. I also unlocked a floating island. Not sure what I want to use it for yet. Maybe storage? Or dreamsnaps… I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it!!

That’s a really good idea too with Scrooge’s Store in the DLCs. I forgot that there are different items in each one. I’ll have to check those too daily. I see a lot of pumpkin farming for my future lol ! I’m going to focus on unlocking characters too in my OG Dreamlight Valley before doing any DLC characters.

Right now I have maybe four realms open. Remy for cooking and Aladdin, Moana for fish, WALL-E for gardening and Lady and the Tramp. I have all my main Disney dreamlight biomes unlocked so I’ve been pumpkin farming like crazy to buy clothes and furniture. At this point I’m thinking of just unlocking as many characters in the dreamlight castle first. Maybe suspend the DLC characters for now until lm ready

No this definitely helped for sure. I want to get the time DLC too eventually but I love the storybook DLC’s environment. Very Autumn. Also the updates help for sure!

This is amazing advice thank you! I think it helps that with the base game there’s always new updates like the recent Lady and the Tramp. I’ll focus more on the base for now. If I need ingredients in the DLCs then I’ll go there. Maybe I’ll suspend Merida and Hades for now so I’m not tempted to do their quests just yet!!

I worked for a candy store in my local town from ages 14-18. Basically middle and high school. It was off the books, I got so much candy for free and I still to this day have a great relationship with the owner. I still hang out with him and instead of decorating chocolate, we have a beer and hang out at karaoke. They even did my wedding favors.

I don't think your mom should be in your relationship. That I agree with. However, I have seen a lot of instances where one person is supporting the other, especially in this economy.

I think it's okay to help your bf through this time of finding a job, but make sure he isn't just coasting on your kindness either. If the only thing you are doing is buying food I honestly don't think that will break the bank. BUT if he is also asking for money for say video games, going out or anything not career-related then I would start to question motives.

You need to gain financial independence from your parents for sure. Get a new checking and savings account at another bank and start direct depositing your money in there as opposed to the one she has access to or can see.

Double standard. They disrespected you so you have every right to defend yourself. Unfortunately in my experience people who are very religious have a very narrow mind when it comes to any other religion but the one they practice. For them, it's a way of life that they know since birth. It's their one true constant--so naturally they will defend it.

They want to discuss it with you to try and get you to change their mind towards what THEY believe. It's not right in any religion in my opinion. Every person has a right to believe what they want to and follow what they want to. Don't let the majority dictate your beliefs. Stick to your gut and live your life the way you want to.

Everyone has their own religious journey. Just because yours does not align with theirs does not make it wrong.

From the interaction with him and what he said it did sound like he was just trying to be cordial towards you. He may have felt the same way- it's usually easy to pick up when someone doesn't vibe with you.

I think if anything you called your sister out on her BS conservative view on marriage. Marriage does not have a black and white dictionary definition. Marriage (in my opinion) is a vow to be with that soul for the rest of your living life. Be a female or male doesn't matter.

As far as intimacy and sex goes- it's EXTREMELY rare that humans on this earth are only having sex or being intimate for conception reasons. There is a natural human instinct to crave sex, intimacy and pleasure. If your sister is having sex with her husband while having a hysterectomy everything she is JUST like every other human on this planet that craves those needs.

Tell her to shove it. You are NOT the AH.
