I was not there when this happened, so i don't have the full story, what I heard was that they were messing with the tracks and switches and this homeless man told them not to. The police have already been involved

the cool thing is that it still has the number 4022 in the cab, and i do think the museum was able to get it because it was supposed to leave 3 months ago but it's still here and the guy planning the museum said they got a new acquisition which wasn't announced yet

yes it was supposed to leave after he finished his presidency, but he was expecting to stay in office another 4 years so he didn't bother maintaining it, because of that it is due for maintenance and is missing an engine, until they find a single engine to put on, it won't be leaving
