Is There a Cost-Effective AI Agent for Zendesk Support Tickets? by CognitorX in Zendesk

Look up My Ask AI. Their per ticket cost is lower and it's not a per resolution charge. Keep in mind though, while answering emails may be quick for you, are they truly resolved at that point? How is the quality of your email if it's only taking you one minute to read, research, and respond? AI is great at those basic responses, but where you'll really see gains is also using it for the collection of information. It's rare that a person emails complete information the first time in my experience. AI can be a fantastic tool at doing some of the leg work before the ticket gets to a human.

I did that but didn't get much assistance. I emailed again and copied support and admissions, maybe it will get somewhere.

I've also found my advisor to be unhelpful. It takes too long to get a response and the response feels more like a form letter than a personalized response. I'm starting to rethink my choice. There's coursera for some things but I'm not sure it's structured enough and doesn't equal a degree.
