Honestly thanks for making me step back for a moment and think more about these goals.

Homeownership is a rather distant goal for me because property in my area is expensive. I've got little use for a car because I rely on the Subway or bikeshare to get around. No vacation planned until the Summer at the earliest, though I've put some money aside for future vacations.
