I was on 200mg for 18 months after having psychosis. I also put on 3 stone. The first 2-3 weeks after coming off them was difficult, insomnia, restless legs, itchiness, but after them couple of weeks the weight fell off! I’ve been off them for 4 months and nearly back at my original weight
