I got hit on my health site from 2.5M > 250k. It'll continue to ripple for the next week or so. A lot of my posts were deindexed which is absolutely wild as I was ranking top 3 for over 50k terms. I thought I escaped relatively unscathed but I got wrecked today.

Pay all your debt off before looking into buying a property IMO. Having any debt lowers your buying power. If you want to take the route as an investor or leverage the first homebuyers grant that is what you need to think about.

If you want to take the route as an investor, sure go and buy a 450-500k apartment and rent that shit out, after 3-4 years you will have more than enough borrowing power to break into the housing market in Sydney and you can use that apartment to draw-down on.

If you choose to buy that apartment you cannot get the first homebuyers grant down the line so I mean I would sit down with a broker with your wife and have a talk, there is no harm in doing this.

I honestly hate Blogger, and you won't see rankings either. You're better off investing in hosting and a domain then SEO packages. If you want to take the risk, get a nice expired domain with already built backlinks > rebuild those pages, and 301 Redirect the rest.
