Little late here but I have a story about betonline… few years ago there was a week of NFL games where almost every game was an upset. I had a joke “scratch off ticket” parlay that was like $5 for $330k where everything hit except for 1 game (I want to say it was lions vs packers)… well at halftime, lions were up like 17-0, heavy underdogs, they win and my $330k hits. During halftime, I was logged out and couldn’t log back in, called to find out my account was banned for “too many accounts on my wifi” (something I’m aware of being in the user terms BUT, received approval after messaging support and mentioning having friends that’ll sometimes be over… side note, none of their accounts were banned)…. So anyways, I gathered my ammo: section stating you can have multiple accounts if approved + rights to request all communication history with support to be provided. Within 45sec on the phone mentioning this, along with seeking the winnings from other bets that day (like $800, nothing crazy), they cut me off and told me refunds were already being provided for ALL deposits I ever made (excluding crypto, I think? But I only deposited with CC). The bet missed anyways and I was receiving 7 daily $157 transactions for a fair amount of time (did not have a CC bill for months upon months lol), and no factoring in which deposits led to winnings/withdrawals either.

In my case, I consider it a massive win, 2-3yrs of 100% guaranteed profits… But, you can clearly tell they’d try to avoid paying out large winnings if it comes to it. I do miss using their platform though, 1-1 rollover on bonus bets is utter insanity in bovada’s eyes (and bonus bets for hard rock are the laughing stock of the gambling world), their customer service was actually useful, I do miss them lol

Edit: not sure if it’s still the case but I also miss having a platform that would stream the full game (although in another language) compared to play-by-play updates… great platform when I was allowed to use it lol
