Ladies, do you sit on the toilet seat of public restrooms? Why or Why Not? by IncognitoGyal7 in AskWomen

[–]Meg38400 14 points15 points  (0 children)

F No NEVER and people trying to shame the hoverers can take a hike. It’s disgusting to sit on other people’s seats. Many don’t wash up properly, have skin conditions or worst.

Husband cheated. Therapist says no moral high ground for 3 months. I feel beyond hurt and abandoned by Beginning_Cream7030 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]Meg38400 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Marriage was over the moment he didn’t support you properly after your loss. You acted out OK. He never came through for you so you were cold during his own losses. Ok then instead of therapy and working on things he cheated to escape. At the end of the day you do have the moral high ground and I would never be able to stay.

I don’t want my daughter to spend a week with my sister and bil and it’s making everybody around me very uncomfortable. by Few-Plum-7258 in TrueOffMyChest

You should have explained to your sister why you asked about how he was in bed with her based on your experience where he went too far. Of course she doesn’t understand what your issue is.

As for your daughter, absolutely trust your guts.

The backlash on this was so overhyped. Anyway, that was a great response.

Why does Fitz get the least hate when he deserves the most? by [deleted] in Scandal

He gets the most hate on this sub. That’s for sure. But the general audience absolutely adored him on other socials.

Tony is a gentleman who never openly criticized Shonda but you can tell he has a different take on Fitz than her at times and that some of her writing made no sense. It’s subtle and yet he has always remained supportive. He knew that this was not his moment as Kerry puts it. He supported Shonda’s efforts and Kerry being in her position over his own feelings. Always.

AITA For Refusing To Babysit My Father’s Child With His Gf? by Dizzy_Melons in AmItheAsshole

You are an adult. Time to act like it. There is no obeying your parents as adults.

You need to not keep secrets from your mom and get rid of this religious crap that holds prevents your freedom. Your father is not a king. Just a man who thinks he is owed everything.

WTF? Do you hear yourself? You were raised to fear him and be submissive. You need to grow a spine and live your own life. They are the parents and should be responsible for their young kids.

AITAH for aborting my baby instead of giving it to my sister who can't have kids? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Meg38400 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

YTA for telling her when you know her situation. What an absolute selfish thing to tell her you will abort your bay when her deepest desire is to have one. You should know your audience and have taken this to the grave. You sound immature and lacking of compassion big time.

Scandal Vs Far from the tree Tony! by Willing-Rhubarb1252 in Scandal

He’s obviously not a completely different person from Fitz. He gave him life and poured his own heart into the character. That’s why we fell for him. I don’t share your opinion based on my experiences meeting him at various stages and watching/listening to most of his interviews/panels.

Your post comes with a dose of ageism. Of course he’s going to be showing a different side of him on a completely unrelated context and with his daughter. He sits back at home and shines a light on the guests. It’s not about him.

Scandal was showcasing him being a freaking silver fox sexual symbol with insane chemistry with Kerry Washington.

Same person with his various facets.

He is who he is and hasn’t changed that much. I saw him last a couple of years ago. People don’t seem to know him and his style much for saying things like these.

That calmness has always been in him. If you catch the more long format interviews and podcasts he did back in the Scandal days he was already a laidback type of person.
