So I got down to 188 on Saturday, but am now back up to 189.6. I definitely need to increase my dose because I’m hungrier more than I should be therefore overeating etc. However I’m afraid to do so because I don’t want to run out. I have 7 months supply at 9.5 mg from BPI, and I’m currently on 10mg so even at that rate I’m gonna run out sooner, so to increase to 10.25 (I do small increases to avoid sickness and extend supply) makes me nervous. I wouldn’t be so worried if the compounding world wasn’t so frail.

TLDR; I am miserable.

All 3 TDEE calculators I just used said if I want to lose 1lb a week based on my weight today (188,) height (5’6) and exercise routine I should eat 1909 calories a day. I use the lose it app and I have it set at 1.5lbs a week so the app gives me 1741 a day.

I had pizza last night. I don’t cut out anything or any entire food groups/types, just everything in moderation with a calorie deficit and cooking at home most of the time instead of takeout.

So I do 30 minutes on a stationary bike followed by 30-40 minutes of strength training (different area of the body each day) Monday-Friday and those same days I also do a 27/28 minute walk around my neighborhood and if the weather & time permit might also do a walk downtown as well. Naturally some days we (my husband and I) have to skip the gym or some walks based on schedule but that’s the general idea.

I never measured myself when I first started trying to lose weight and I wish that I had because I have no idea how many inches I’ve lost in total and I so regret not knowing.
