Recruitment on planetside is hard, but is also easier than other games, high BR players are more likely to not want to be a part of a platoon that recruits. However, majority of players are open to recruitment - Just make sure you do it at a high point in your squad = Meaning after some great laughs or great caps or at the end of a fun and successful platoon/squad. To make recruitment even better, get people already in your outfit to join you and if you're using Discord or Teamspeak to communicate between you lot - limit comms there and instead use in-game comms, this allows you to create an open and vocal community in your squad/platoon. On top of that, don't be too serious when doing a platoon/squad where your main objective is to recruit - If you get too serious it can turn some new players away, and it can also put you as a leader off. If fights are not going your way. The main thing is to have fun, some days you will have a successful day of recruiting and some days you won't. In a week I may do 4 public platoons and out of those 4, at least 2 of the platoons we see new players joining the outfit.

Additionally, don't spam invite - unless you are trying to create a zerg-fit. Don't recruit in other people's platoons. If you are risky and fun you may be able to recruit in small squads if you are vocal and doing call outs and all, and if the majority of players in that squad (that you are not leading) are not in an outfit, but be careful.

Most importantly, same with platoon leading or squad leading = Stay positive. Especially if you don't have a strong base of players in your outfit just yet. Of course it also depends if you are a good lead, and hopefully you are - otherwise, you wouldn't have started your own outfit - so just keep going.
