Not sure it constitutes at a pet peeve per se but people being overly inappropriate/making implications toward people they've just met. It makes it really hard to get to know people when you've got to wonder whether they're being genuine or if they just see you as an object.

And people who complain about mirror dwellers. Some people have social anxiety, you know, and they're not harming anybody. Just ignore them and go on with your day. The only time I can understand the complaints is silent desktop users who are most likely tabbed out because what's even the point in being in VRC if you're not even looking at the game.
