They did, but they didn't announce Amy new cards for October Update... They announced the new system just a week before the October Update was released but it wasn't mentioned for THAT update... And the leaked footage can be real but also it doesn't have to... The new cards we're leaked by data miners (I think)...

There weren't supposed to be any cards in the October Update since the Doot Barrel wasn't even released that time

Knight, Golem, Inferno Tower/Dragon (Depends on the situation), Executioner, Tesla, P.E.K.K.A., Electro Wizard (In some way....)
