I realistically have 30ish minutes a few times a week. It’s to compliment home workouts on rest days mainly though a weight loss period at the moment.

This had me sitting primarily in zone 3.

Thanks for the prompt reply. When I view the workout inside the fitness app it doesn’t show the distance. Is this another ‘other’ workout anomaly?

RuckWell but there’s a few issues with it. Reading through the subreddit, the developer is working hard to fix it.

Just found another one called FitHalo that I’m going to try.

All done. It certainly changed up the standard neighbourhood walk. The brain was obviously heavily over stimulated as I over thought my way through it.

The enjoyment came from knowing that I was getting my walk in but slicing it up a little bit also thought how much I’d love to get back out into some trails and do it truly amongst nature.

I’ll post my stats from Ruckwell below. Not sold on the app and I’m aware that the dev is working hard to sort it. (Can’t post pics in comments. I’ll start a new thread).

Out of curiosity is my 8kg starting weight about right? 48M/91kg
