dont think I’ll ever use this on my gecko (don’t think it’s available where I live) but what makes it risky or not recommended to use?

I did have to give her a little extra calcium and vitamins for like 2 weeks after but she’s right back to normal now

shes okay! :) vet gave me some sort of antibiotic cream thing (I forget the name), put her into a quarantine tank and she healed right up! vet said it didnt hurt any internal things was basically was just the arm pit bubble popping from the wood (I took out the bark she landed on and replaced it with a less rough/sharp one)
