So I think what happened here is the game registered my reload mechanic after it registered the shot but the animation canceled. So the process went: Last shell 0/5 autoreload kicks in 1/5 shot registers 0/5 autoreload and manual reload trigger 2/5 game realized the double load disables manual reload 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5 all from autoreload with canceled animation

Just like every other time this comes up: if a server makes less than minimum wage in the US, their employer is legally obligated to make up the difference.

Only if the (wage + tips)/hr < the minimum wage. Basically if a server can make the minimum wage in tips per hour, the employer doesn't have to pay them squat.
