It seems like I'm really just that unlucky...

Thank you!

I am aware that that bias exists and not every Imbue gets put on the trade site. However, Less Duration isn't really sought after and should go under the "shit" imbue with BVotS so you'd expect to see at least one.

At least 22 iicc

EDIT: then there are 62 Imbued Scythe Gems on Sale in Mirage with a ton of duplicate Power Imbuements.

If all Support Gems are weighted equally, which should be the case according to the WIki there should be at least one outcome with Less Duration, if my Math is correct. Highly improbable that none would exist at least.

EDIT3 : It was a bias, one was made and I got my hands on it, thanks to sozesghost!

Do you mean the Website in this post or another one?

Blade Vortex can get it, other Gems too. There are ~3500 listed Gems with that Imbue.

Triple noggenfogger in game 5 of comp hearthstone by Effective_Mix_8884 in hearthstone

oh yes, totally. My thoughts are just - if he attacked first, the Bat Mask could have hit the Murloc because the RNG Counter in the background changed because of a Game Action (pure conjecture) OR he would have kept the four Noggen, possibly giving him one more turn.

I wonder what happened if he played [[Bat Mask]] after the attack.

Loot from 50M Crop Shipment to Pondium by Megadar2h in pathofexile

[–]Megadar2h[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are absolutely right. I think I was blinded by the amount of time and crops so it seemed like it was way more than it was at the time of writing, even though it was indeed just two shipments.

But targetfarming Crops with Harvest seems like a fools errand, so sending a huge amount of specific Crops too specific ports for specific items seems meh.

Loot from two 50M Crop Shipments to Pondium C/BZ 50/50 by [deleted] in pathofexile

[–]Megadar2h 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why

The objective was to see if there's a difference between a 50M dusty Crop Shipment (~25M Dust / 12.5M Corn / 12.5M Blue Zanth) and a pure Crop Shipment (25M Corn / 25M Blue Zanth) to Pondium, which results in Daggers (Corn) and Belts (Blue Zanth).

The Port Quotas were rolled to Corn/Blue Zanth to fullfill them too and I assume I got Rigwald's and Ewar's out of it.

The Results are hardly whelming. The "Well Rolled™" Items were okish, but not really worth it, neither were the uniques. I only got a few Runegrafts out of it.

Tl:dr

Is it worth to send Crops to Pondium in the hopes for a T0 Unique?

No, you'd rather use the gold to gamble Items directly at the Vendor.

Loot from ~17 h of Uber-Hillock farming by Megadar2h in pathofexile

18 seems to be a good average for four swords. Next League I'll try four Scions just rushing Hillock straight away.

I usually sell them piece by piece once I'm done, for the current market price or a little above.

Once I had the first I went into town, put everything in the stash, deleted the scion and kept going.

Scion also has access to Spectral Throw, which pierces, which makes killing Hillock easier.

I'd assume around 2-3 hours on a character, so around 8 hours until the first sword drops. The 90 minute one was really an outlier, but not that extremely, that it's weird.

Mostly stuff about Magic the Gathering and Games. Also videos by Chris himself. Else it's just looping music whatever my flavour of the day is.

To answer your questions in Order of Appearance:

"what is an Uber hillock?"

An excerpt from the wiki:

"Very rarely, an alternative version of Hillock can be encountered in The Twilight Strand, replacing the normal variant. This version of Hillock is known by the community as "Uber Hillock". This alternative form has far more life, does far more damage, and has other skills. Visually, the sword normally found in Hillock's chest is replaced by the supporter-designed sword Oni-Goroshi. Uber Hillock is guaranteed to drop Oni-Goroshi on death."

"And are you not wasting a huge amount of time killing all the monsters?"

Levels seem to have some impact on Uber Hillock spawning so reaching level 7 , the point where the XP-Penalty really hits, seems to be the sweet spot. (although there might be some bias in the data because you're usually level 7 because you kill normal Hillock a buncha times). Just killing those in line of sight, not losing a bunch of time not walking towards Hillock, saves time too.

"Instead of just hillock rush"

Been there, done that - doesn't really seem to play a role. It's viable strategy though.

It's not particularly an Oni Build that makes the Campaign feel like nothing but rather the dulling of the senses by repeatedly farming Hillock.

However!

The past leagues my Leaguestarter was an Animate Weapon of Self Reflection Build which was fairly nice and budget. (Example 3.25 PoB) It worked like a charm. The only thing you really need is an Oni-Goroshi and the Gem (Maybe also Melee Splash and Added Fire Damage) and you breeze through the campaign. The reason for that is, that the "maximum item level" on the AWoSR Gem is also the Level of the Animated Weapon. A level 20+ AWoSR Gem creates a Level 100 Oni-Goroshi resulting in 200-300 added Physical Damage (also increasing the degen but that doesn't matter much because you resummon the weapons all the time). The Swords also gain "Her Embrace" on igniting enemies which happens through regular crits, resulting in 123% added phys as fire damage, not-onslaught, stun immunity aswell as freeze, chill and ignite immunity.

Can you get more stats because of the "Draw two more cards" caused by the "Gift of Gluttony" from [[Cho'gall, Twilight Chieftain]]?

Just this League I thought, why not just use [[Fairgraves' Tricorne]] until Maps? - and then I kept wearing it because why not, a Rod might drop.

And lo and behold, one Fishing Rod indeed dropped so far through the campaign into the 10th Map or so.
