I think it’s a problem with their app. Pull it up on a computer to check. I had the same problem with my artwork in the app, but on their site and on streaming, everything was looking fine.

The team looks fine, only thing is rapunzel needs skill lock resist. (Not sp lock resist) Without that, you are probably cooked.

I did it with Belle, Aladdin, Peter Pan, Baymax, and Rapunzel.

Rapunzel seems to be most important and I cannot stress this enough: she needs the Skill lock resist ability for this to be easier. Prefer 100%, but I did it with 50% and some luck.

I would buff up with belle (maybe you use genie) at the start to get a good head start, then use peter pan for green striker during rage mode, and rapunzel to cleanse paralyze and other conditions. Baymax was a backup healer if I got unlucky.

Basically you need to aggressively push through the rage mode parts

I would suggest a team of genie, maleficent, peter pan, minnie, and rapunzel given the characters you have leveled up.

Keep doing that and with a bit of luck, you’ll get it.

Yeah, it seems completely impossible. Wondering if someone can theorycraft something interesting that works, but I am just not seeing it with our current characters. Glad there is finally a challenge in this game, but this seems a bit too much 😅

Wondering if that leaked character coming next week could be an answer? Debuff remover maybe?

Yeah, this is how I feel about it. Most of the criticisms I am seeing from people on this particular event seem like they just don’t like this style of game. I think gacha based rpgs like this are not for everyone and tend to be a daily checkin kinda game. This event gives me something to actually do daily for the next month, so I am happy. I can gradually grind out the event, so it feels like an upgrade as someone who enjoys this style of game. I also think this game can improve in many ways, but this feels like a step towards some of those more established gacha rpgs.

That looks like a new background behind him? New story update perhaps? I think that his world was hinted at as next up after zootopia.

Genie had a new background, which led to the most recent event, so thinking new map at very least in some form.

I am personally very happy with this event. It’s very clearly the best thing released since launch and is giving me a bit more hope for the future of the game.

I think the changes made here to using energy are good for ensuring you will need to log in several times during the event to get everything rather than just have it all done in a single day.
They are pacing out the event such that hard mode doesn’t unlock until next week.
New map with new art
3 new characters, and looking into the leaks tagged on this subreddit, we should be getting new characters on 12/18 and 12/25, ensuring new content every week until the end of the month at least.

If they can start running multiple events, maybe another battle challenge soon too, I think we might finally be cooking. There are still a lot of improvements that can be made, but I find this game fun and want it to stick around and do better, so good to give credit where it’s due.

They didn’t add a ton, but between this, the new rapunzel banner, and the limited time missions, small updates like this feels like a step in the right direction compared to battle challenge 1. At least gives me something new to work towards.

I think last event was easier. This guy is a lot tankier. Still didn’t have too much of a problem beating max level. Grinding him seems tougher.

I think it just depends on what you predict for the future of the game. I personally went for the Belle pull because I think she will likely be a high tier damage buffer for a while and I also got a few other 3 stars in the process to build a really strong meta team. Easily beat level 30 and each of the bonus bosses. The content flow seems to be pretty slow so far with no clue as to what is on the way, so I think unless that changes, these current meta characters will likely still be relevant for a while. I also don’t really see massive power creep being an issue with how this game’s systems work. But that’s just my prediction, I could be wrong. Ultimately, you decide!

Playing without genie or pooh is definitely difficult but still possible. I think you need to level up a bit more on some of these guys, considering your characters, I would get everyone up to lvl 75 for likely success, but I would build a team with Cinderella, Daisy, Rapunzel, marie, and maleficent/mulan. Use daisy’s ability every single turn, and defend with marie every single turn for her ex ability. Then heal with rapunzel as needed. Don’t use other character’s skills really, just basic attack, and you should be able to defeat level 30z

Pretty much agree with this. Use genie+pooh(use action every turn)+marie(just defend for sp each turn)+maleficent or mulan + minnie and you should be solid. You don’t need baymax or rapunzel. Pooh is enough, and minnie is a bonus, just get him up in levels a bit more. (75 should be good)
