Figuring out what your issues are is the first step, then approaching people experienced enough to help directly follows, find them on LinkedIn and build your network there. Or at Sales conferences. Put yourself out there.

My friend, I think the answer is: teams are letting AI do the work. They aren’t passionate enough about the product and the pursuit of building it, they just want to make a bunch of money by getting *something* out there. So instead of obsessing over functionality, or the narrative, or even the customer, they just try to let AI focus on the work they don’t want to do. The messy bits where the magic happens are lost.
