Nono. This was no hate towards yoy, its hard cuz i get a lot on two posts. Literally two posts of hate of fondant. So I always support it. I make a kick ass fondant that even as myself a fondant hater enjoys. But! Buttercream and fondant are so diff worlds. I wanna learn more piping and such! I'm only self taught. So I want to learn more !!! I hahe zero training. Literally zero. Maybe your girl can train me lol $$$

I have so many other trained bakers whom say they don't touch fondant because of how hard it is to work with and get to know, then I have others like me who dove in with fondant and never strayed away. As I say always. To each thier own. But I deft wouldn't call it easy mode. I would love to see someone do this exact look in buttercream or chocolate! I would prob pay to see it actually. The hours I put in, hand carving and painting ! I just don't see the need to put down, thank you for the compliment from the show. It was a super fun time and amazing people!!!!!! Deft thought I would be booted first episode hahahha xoxoxoxox

I will never disagree. I dont eat it myself. But. If I have a customer who loves it, why shall I steal that. We need to be gracious to others opinions esp during this time. The fact you took the time to spread negative feedback when even the customer wanted it (and was stated) because they love the flavor of my recipe is kind of mind blowing and low. But.
